3.1 PRE-QUALIFICATION OF THE BUYER (Evaluation of Initial and income requirements)

- 2 valid IDs of Principal with 3 specimen signatures (SSS, UMID, Driver’s License, Company ID, PRC ID, Passport, Pag-IBIG Loyalty ID, Postal, Police/NBI Clearance, Seafarer’s Book)
- 2 valid IDs of Spouse with 3 specimen signatures, if applicable (SSS, UMID, Driver’s License, Company ID, PRC ID, Passport, Pag-IBIG Loyalty ID, Postal, Police/NBI Clearance, Seafarer’s Book)
- Latest proof of billing (If the bill is not under your name please provide authorization letter w/ at least 1 valid ID of the owner or Barangay Certificate)
- Latest 1 month payslip
- PSA/NSO Birth Certificate, if single
- PSA/NSO Married Certificate, if married

- Pag-IBIG Number
Self Employed
