Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Once evaluated by our staff, you will be requested to fill out the broker’s accreditation form.
- After filling out the form, submit it together with the following documents. Photocopy of ID and permits can be sent to sales@atlantica.com.ph
List of Requirements
- Photocopy of BIR 2303
- Photocopy of DTI/SEC Permit
- Photocopy of PRC Licensed ID (front and back, colored) with three specimen signatures
- Photocopy of PRC Certificate
- Photocopy of HLURB Certificate/ID
- Original NBI Clearance
- 2 pcs 1×1 ID Picture
The Sales Representative will contact you and ask for a meeting schedule to discuss the company guidelines and policies of becoming a broker.

Procedures
Obtain from the office an approved/signed visitors pass with the name of the seller accompanying the client.
To request the gate pass kindly fill up this form and within 30 minutes the sales representative will call you to confirm the details and time we received.
Buyers/Visitors must be accompanied by their Agents/Brokers and must present their valid IDs and signed visitor’s pass in exchange of gate pass provided by the assigned Arya Monte Homes security personnel upon entry at the main gate.
Buyers/Visitors shall then completely fill-out the Guard’s registration log book with the information regarding visit.
